Addiction Treatment/Primary Care
Dr. Nickolas Hanna is a board certified family medicine physician with the subspecialty of addiction medicine. He is certified as an addiction specialist with the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Hanna works closely with his patients to understand their individual needs and help them find the right medication to manage their symptoms
Mental Health and Addiction
Annmarie Ransom is a Nurse Practitioner that holds a Doctor in Nursing Practice. She has achieved the highest degree of professional practice preparing her to promote the health of individuals and populations. Annmarie specializes in psychiatric and mental health care. She has extensive clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient care settings. Providing thorough and individualized care is greatly focused upon when she meets with her patients.

Jessica Seidel received her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2019, is licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner and board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Jess has been a nurse for the last 11 years working with correctional health and dual-diagnosis mental health and substance use disorder patient populations. She has completed several trainings in crisis intervention, as well as training on substance use disorders and management. Jess is very passionate about working with patients from vulnerable populations and being a guiding light for them. She believes that patients should be active participants in the care that they receive to help set them up for success as they begin and/or are continuing their road to recovery. She believes in meeting patients where they are at and being there to assist them and guide them through their recovery journey. She enjoys providing patients with education to help them better understand their disease and the different treatment options available to them. She believes that treating both the mind and the body together through behavioral therapy, medications, and other approaches to support patient strengths and goals provides patients with the necessary tools to improve self-esteem, communication, and life-long relationships.
Counseling
Tom Bolan is a dually licensed therapist. He has completed degrees from the University of Wisconsin and Aurora University. Tom has also received training in office-based treatment for opiate addiction with the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He has extensive experience in the behavioral health field working in the public and private sector for over 18 years. He is a strength-based patient centered clinician and has developed and implemented mental health and addiction treatment programs including intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential/transitional. In addition to his clinical experience Tom has served as an educator and field placement supervisor for graduate level students and entry level clinicians. Tom is proficient in providing CBT, DBT, MI, mindfulness and meditation skills, Schema Therapy, and harm reduction.
Sarah Glomski is board certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors. Sarah has a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Counseling and Human Development. Sarah has over 12 years of experience working in a wide variety of behavioral health settings, including outpatient, community-based, and MAT. Sarah enjoys getting to know each patient as a unique individual, and supporting patients in settingand achieving their personal goals. Sarah implements a variety of counseling modalities in her practice including EMDR, CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness
